نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( مُلك النّبوّة ( 3 ) ــ مجالس التّذكير ــ )ـ للأستاذ العلاّمة عبد الحميد بن باديس , والذي نشرته مجلّة الشّهاب في جُزئها الرّابع من المجلّد الخامس عشر , الصّادر في غُرّة ربيع الثاني 1358 هجريّة الموافق ل 21 ماي 1939 للميلاد :
<< عبرة وتعليم : عاطفة الجنسيّة غريزة طبيعيّة , فهذه النّملة لم تهتمّ بنفسها فتنجو بمُفردها , ولم يُنسها هول ما رأت من عظمة ذلك الجُند إنذار بني جنسها إذ كانت تُدرك بفطرتها أن لا حياة لها بدونهم ولا نجاة لها إذا لم تنجُ معهم فأنذرتهم في أشدّ ساعات الخطر أبلغ الإنذار , ولم يُنسها الخوف على نفسها وعلى بني جنسها من الخطر الدّاهم أن تذكُر عُذر سُليمان وجُنده .
فهذا يُعلّمنا أن لا حياة للشّخص إلاّ بحياة قومه ولا نجاة له إلاّ بنجاتهم وأن لا خير لهم فيه إلاّ إذا شعر بأنّه جُزء منهم ومظهر هذا الشّعور أن يحرص على خيرهم كما يحرص على نفسه وأن لا يكون اهتمامه بهم دون اهتمامه بها >> .
