نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( مُلك النّبوّة ــ مجالس التّذكير ــ )ـ للأستاذ العلاّمة عبد الحميد بن باديس , والذي نشرته مجلّة الشّهاب في جُزئها الثاني من المجلّد الخامس عشر , الصّادر في غُرّة صفر 1358 هجريّة الموافق ل 23 مارس 1939 للميلاد :
<< تنويه وتأصيل : قد ابتُدئ الحديث عن هذا الملك العظيم بذكر العلم وقدّمت النّعمة به على سائر النّعم تنويها بشأن العلم وتنبيها على أنّه هو الأصل الذي تنبني عليه سعادة الدّنيا والأخرى , وأنّه هو الأساس لكلّ أمر من أمور الدّين والدّنيا , وأنّ الممالك إنّما تُبني عليه وتُشاد , وأنّ الملك إنّما يُنظم به ويُساس وأنّ كلّ ما لم يُبن عليه فهو على شفا جُرُف هار , وأنّه هو سياج المملكة ودرعها وهو سلاحها الحقيقي وبه دفاعها وأنّ كلّ مملكة لم تحم به فهي عُرضة للانقراض والانقضاض >> .
