نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( مُلك النّبوّة ــ مجالس التّذكير ــ )ـ للأستاذ العلاّمة عبد الحميد بن باديس , والذي نشرته مجلّة الشّهاب في جُزئها الثاني من المجلّد الخامس عشر , الصّادر في غُرّة صفر 1358 هجريّة الموافق ل 23 مارس 1939 للميلاد :

<< المُلك ولاية على المُجتمع لحفظ نظامه , تقتضي عموم النّظر وشُمول التّصرّف في روابط النّاس ومُعاملاتهم وتصرّفاتهم , وتسييرهم في ذلك كلّه على أصول عادلة تُوصل كلّ أحد إلى حقه وتكفيه عن حق غيره , ليعيشوا في رخاء وسلام , ويبلغوا غاية ما يستطيعون من متع الحياة >> .
