نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( تصريحات سموّ الوالي العام )ـ لمُحرّري جريدة الصّراط السّوي , والذي نشرته الجريدة في عددها الأوّل الصّادر بيوم الاثنين 21 جُمادى الأولى 1352 هجريّة الموافق ل 11 سبتمبر 1933 للميلاد :
