نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( مُلك النّبوّة ( 3 ) ــ مجالس التّذكير ــ )ـ للأستاذ العلاّمة عبد الحميد بن باديس , والذي نشرته مجلّة الشّهاب في جُزئها الرّابع من المجلّد الخامس عشر , الصّادر في غُرّة ربيع الثاني 1358 هجريّة الموافق ل 21 ماي 1939 للميلاد :
<< لا يحطمنّكم : نهتهم عن أن يحطّمهم والحطم ليس من فعلهم حتّى يُنهوا عنه , وإنّما المعنى لا تكونوا خارج مساكنكم فيُحطّمكم فنهتهم عن المُسبّب والمُراد النّهي عن السّبب لما في ذلك من الإيجاز المُناسب لسرعة الإنذار لسُرعة النّجاة , ولمّا في ذكر المُسبّب وهو الحطم من التُخويف الحامل على الإسراع إلى الدّخول , والجُملة مُؤكّدة للأولى فكأنّها قالت ادخلوا مساكنكم لا تبقوا خارجها , ونظير التّركيب في التّعبير بالمُسبّب عن السّبب , لا أرينّك ههنا , أي : لا تكن هُنا فأراك >> .
