نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( العرب في القرآن ـ 3 ـ )ـ للأستاذ العلاّمة عبد الحميد بن باديس , والذي نشرته مجلّة الشّهاب في جُزئها الثالث من المجلّد الخامس عشر , الصّادر في غُرّة ربيع الأوّل 1358 هجريّة الموافق ل 21 أبريل 1939 للميلاد :

<< القرآن يذكر لنا كثيرا من مصائر الأمم حتّى لا نغترّ بمظاهرها , وحتّى نعلم أنّ سنّة الله لا تتخلف في الآخرين كما لم تتخلف في الأوّلين >> .
