نقلا عن مقال بعنوان ـ( نحن والطّرقيون )ـ للدّاعية الكبير بالشمال الإفريقي الأستاذ الطّيب العقبي ـ( رحمه الله )ـ العضو الإداري لجمعيّة العلماء , والذي نشرته جريدة الشريعة النّبويّة في عددها السّادس , الصّادر يوم الاثنين 29 ربيع الثاني 1352 للهجرة الموافق ل 21 أوت 1933 للميلاد :
<< بينما هي في ضلالها القديم تتخبط , وبينما رؤساء الأمة ومرشدوها لا يكادون يهتدون إلى الحق ويهدونها سواء السبيل وبينما التبعة الكبرى والمسئولية العظمى يلقيها كل عاقل ومفكر على العلماء , وهؤلاء يعتقدون بما يقبل وبما لا يقبل ــ إذ قيّض الله عصبة المصلحين العاملين لخير هذه الأمة وصلاحها فقام منهم من لا تأخذه في الله لومة لائم يبينون للناس دينهم الحق بالحجة والبرهان ويفهمونهم تعالـيم نبيهم الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم في أسهل عبارة وأوضح بيان , داعين إلى سبيل ربهم بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة , ومجادلين من تصدّى لجدالهم بالتي هي أحسن غير هيّابين ولا وجلين >> .
