ـ من السنة أن يسجد القارئ ومن يسمعه في خمسة عشر موضعا في كتاب الله و إن لم يكن على وضوء أو كان غير مستقبل القبلة ... الأولى في آخر الأعراف " و له يسجدون" ، و الثانية في الرعد عند قوله "بالغدو و الآصال" و الثالثة في النحل " و يفعلون ما يومرون " و الرابعة في الإسراء " و يزيدهم خشوعا " و الخامسة في مريم " خروا سجدا و بكيا "، و السادسة في الحج " إن الله يفعل ما يشاء " و السابعة في الحج أيضا عند قوله " و افعلوا الخير لعلكم تفلحون " و الثامنة في الفرقان " و زادهم نفورا " و التاسعة في النمل " رب العرش العظيم و العاشرة في الم السجدة " و هم لا يستكبرون " و الحادية عشر في ص " و خر راكعا و أناب " و الثانية عشر في فصلت " و هم لا يسئمون " و الثالثة عشر في آخر النجم " و اسجدوا لله و اعبدوا " و الرابعة عشر في الانشقاق " و إذا قرئ عليهم القران لا يسجدون " و الخامسة عشر في العلق " و اسجد و اقترب"، و إذا قرأ الإمام آية سجدة من هذه السجدات في الفريضة أو النافلة سجد و سجد من خلفه ، وان كان القارئ أو المستمع راكبا على دابة أومأ بالسجود إيماء ، و يكبر حين يخر ساجدا و يقول في سجوده " سبحان ربي الأعلى " و إن شاء قال " سجد  وجهي للذي خلقه و شق سمعه و بصره بحوله و قوته اللهم احطط بها عني وزرا و اكتب لي بها أجرا و اجعلها لي عندك ذخرا و تقبلها مني كما تقبلت من عبدك داود عليه السلام "، و لا يكره سجود التلاوة في أي وقت
